Training
Materials
Currently the training materials for CRM 3.0 are ONLY available
in English, and there are 6 handouts. To make sure on-time delivery,
we may order the Training Materials as soon as possible. For
ordering instructions please visit:

Students must have Virtual PC software
installed on their laptops and have the CRM3.0 Image ready to load
to the VPC.
The virtual machines
are configured to use 1 GB of RAM for the server image and 400 MB of
RAM for the client images. If you have only 2 GB of RAM on the host
machine, you will only be able to run one client image at a time.
The course design takes this limitation into account. Running the
virtual machines, especially the server, with less memory may cause
performance issues that will disrupt the class. These include slow
performance and memory overruns in the IIS memory pool within the
application.

VirtualPC
Images
One
more important thing is for every one to have installed already the
image for CRM3.0 VirtualPC. This is very simple and does not need
any training or special skills.
